The pi... read more I've been ordering from Docs for over a year, and I've never been satisfied. Tonight, I placed a delivery order for house pizza and cream cheese wontons. The pizza came with mini pepperonis, and the wontons had no sauce. After spending $40, I called to voice my concerns but was hung up on twice. On the second call, they didn't even answer; they just hung up as soon as they saw my number. The customer service was terrible—definitely the worst I've ever encountered. I can no longer recommend this place!

It would have been helpful if they had communicated this delay sooner so we could have made an informed decision. Despite the wait, the food itself was quite impressive. The burgers were generously sized, and the wings were exceptionally flavorful.
