I orde... read more I had dinner with my team here last night and the service was horrible. I am not expecting a lot but a good service and a warm meal would be appreciated. I ordered baby back ribs and it was cold. I don 't know why the ribs was cold when it should be warm from the grill. We also ordered macaroni salad and I made 3 follow ups before it was served. I ask a male waiter about it and just said okay . He continued to clean 2 tables before going the kitchen and made a follow up on our order. I guess cleaning the table comes first before the customer. I ask the same waiter if they have to go boxes for the left over and he reply with a hard tone wala (none). He then proceeded to give us clear sando plastic bags. For real? Prawn in sweet and sour sauce in a clear sando bag? So this is like a side walk food shop now? Delecta??? What happened? I 'll be honest, I raised my voice because I was upset and very disappointed. The waiter could have been polite and I would been okay with the clear sando bag or offer us to pay for plastic containers which I don 't mind. After I raised my voice, A lady waiter came over and apologize for the service and gave us a brown bag to put the food inside. I appreciate her for saying sorry but it 's too late. We already had a bad experience. I 'll to have remove Delecta as of my favorite restaurants in town. I wish the best for the business. I hope that we all learn from this experience to be better.

I ordered the baby back ribs and also tried the kare-kare and halo-halo, all of which were delicious. The prices are quite affordable.

During my visit, I noticed they... read more Delecta Iligan is a 3-star restaurant with good food but mediocre service. I recommend trying the bouillabaisse as it is creamy. During my visit, I noticed they are limiting the use of table napkins, possibly as a way to be more environmentally friendly. I had to ask for my receipt as it was not automatically given to me. I also had to repeatedly ask for soup bowls, which were lacking at least 3 times, despite seeing the staff being occupied with other tasks. The wait time for our orders was unreasonable, especially considering the restaurant was only half full on a Sunday lunch.

The restaurant offers a good selection of food and has an excelle... read more Delecta is located just off Aguinaldo Street on Echiverri Street near Unitop department store. The restaurant offers a good selection of food and has an excellent Chef. The portion sizes are not huge, but they are adequate for most appetites. The service is efficient and polite, and in my opinion, they serve the best coffee in Iligan. The only small criticism I have is that the dessert I ordered, Mango float, was served in a plastic disposable pot on the table instead of on a saucer. Presentation is important to me. Delecta also has a well-stocked bar. The restroom facilities are acceptable, with one cubicle for all customers.
