It's Fiesta in iligan City, and we decided to order spaghetti, palabok and 6 pc chicken. I heard a knock in my hotel room. And I opened the door and it was Jollibee delivery guy in 15 mins! View all feedback.

This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I've encountered. For the sake of your health, do yourself and your children a favor and choose a different option. View all feedback.
This is my husband's and kids' favorite spot; they're always gathering up the toys!
The experience is quite enjoyable, but at times, the service can be quite slow when it comes to getting the food.
We ordered two servings of rice with corned beef and fried eggs, along with coffee. Additionally, we had one order of rice with sausage, eggs, and chocolate. The restaurant maintained social distancing, and the service was quick.

I just returned from this restaurant and was quite frustrated with how my order was handled. I ordered a burger with fries and pineapple juice, among other items. I paid for everything at the first window since I used the drive-thru. However, when I arrived at the second window to pick up my order, the staff informed me that pineapple juice was unavailable. I then had to wait about five minutes before the staff member told me I needed to pay an additional 4 pesos because I was no longer ordering a drink. I asked why I should have to pay more when I wasn't getting the juice I ordered. He explained that I needed to pay the extra amount because my original order would be considered a single order without the drink and didn’t qualify as a value meal. I found it unreasonable that I should have to pay more due to their lack of juice availability.
