Description

Once a beloved spot in Ballymena, the newly revamped Spinning Mill, now under the Granny Annie's banner, presents a patchy dining experience. While some patrons enjoyed a lively atmosphere with friendly staff and decent food, others voiced frustration over a limited menu, indifferent service, and cleanliness issues. Live music added excitement, but problems like inadequate seating and poor sound quality deterred enjoyment. A recurring sentiment is the need for management improvement and better food quality. As the Spinning Mill strives to reclaim its former glory, consistent service and cleanliness will be crucial to winning back loyal customers.

There is no atmosphere in this restaurant and the staff are unfriendly. They charged £12.95 for a cheap bottle of wine in what used to be a mediocre pub. In the past, it was difficult to find a seat here on a Friday afternoon, but now there were only about 12 people in the place. It has definitely gone downhill and is not the same as it used to be. Even the upstairs area is now closed.

Called here first time for Sunday dinner, first impressions , needs refurbished or at the very least ,needs a thorough cleaning., The whole place is drab and very run down. We were really hungry so decided to order anyway, the food was similar to a ready meal you would buy in any supermarket plus a little extra. Don't think we will be returning any time soon.
