I found the food to be utterly unacceptable, as there were hairs in my meal, and the hygiene standards were severely lacking. It's no surprise when the staff doesn't even wear hairnets. I was shocked by the rudeness of the waitstaff and the overall service. The atmosphere was chaotic and overcrowded. I definitely will not be coming back.

Had great hopes for our visit, but the price could not justify the experience. £27 for 2 sandwiches and 2 coks. eating was nice enough, but not enough to guarantee the price. I wouldn't come back.
My mother and I went to celebrate her birthday today. We both loved the hearty High Time Sweet Toast special. The coffee was excellent as well.
I brought my son about hot chocolate and tee. what a beautiful experience, everything was to a beautiful detail, the beautiful gold spoon and beautiful presented cheesecake. will definitely be back for a contract .
