Jasmine Thai - BALLARAT CENTRAL

We were in ballarat with a request for Thai eating uncertain whether to try jasmine thai restaurant given the reviews here, we decided to go there. so glad we made it! the personal was wonderful, the vegan options on the menu were marked and the eating was fresh and full of taste. we went with full believing and our demand satisfied. in any case worth a stop when they are in town.

We did this in ballarat. we tried others, but nothing compare. friendly staff. next to no waiting time. so much taste. happy to adjust the meal times for vegans. the pad panang tofu is a must!

One of the worst meal we had. the service people nice enough, but they have our order to various wise, during the meal. they told us that certain things could be made in the menu for us if we do not eat food, then after our friends were brought their meals, we were told that they could not do these dishes for us, and we would have to choose other dishes. they heat the rice in the microwave. only because of everything that was ordered, my sisters came wrong to order a court, they gave another. they left the things out again and again, had to be asked several times. the jasmine tea was a tee bag and really tasted terrible. I would have preferred hot water. eating is so normal. Really, a dished meal. the maisfritter were over fat, I think the oil was quite old, so I don't recommend it.

Staff very welcoming, prompt service. BYO only. Spring rolls were difficult to eat as the pastry was thick and very hard. Green chicken curry was westernized (regular visitor to Thailand) it was tasty but too sweet. Not balanced. (This also might be due to the pumpkin and carrots) Generous serving...enough for two with one serve of jasmine rice. Pleasant meal, would return.

I went to Ballarat last week. As we walked in the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by a lovely waiter. The food was great, I ordered the Chicken Stay Skewers and Fish Cakes for the entrees. For main I ordered the number 35 and Black Peppered Fish. The food was very tasty and fresh. I would recommend this restaurant for those who wanna try Thai food in Ballarat.
