Carboni's Italian Kitchen

We go to Carboni's regularly for celebration dinners. Also for the great pizzas during the week.The staff are always pleasant and the food is delicious.The entrees are very moorish followed by a nice selection of both meat and vegetarian dishes.The dessert menu is to die fo; especially the Tartuffo! Also a good selection of Italian wines and their own home made Limoncello Liquer.I highly reccommend Carboni's as they provide an excellent dining experience without the ridiculous prices and pretence of other restaurants. Simply delicious Italian food.

This was our first time at this restaurant and my partner and I were both pleasantly surprised. I had the lamb ragu pappardelle which was gorgeous, and my partner had a seafood pasta which he was also impressed with. For dessert I couldn't help myself and had to try the Italian donuts. I'm glad I did, because it was divine. The wine was great, had a nice Shiraz from Italy of course, and complimentary lemon chello to finish! The service was impeccable, our waitress was great and the lovely Italian accent added to the experience. The food and wine list are amazing, you need to go here if you want to enjoy Italy in Ballarat. Thank you guys for a great night! we'll be back

Excellent, high quality Italian Fare. Brilliant staff who know their heritage and can offer some wonderful advice on a very good wine list. A must try.

Come here for lunch and i think this us the best italian restaurant in ballarat!!! Impeccable service from the waitress and the food is perfect tasty love this place well done
