I'd been coming to Chinatown for years to buy bakkwa (moist, Asian, beef jerky) from the friday night market, believing it to be the only place in Sydney I could buy it. I was surprised to find this small, take-away shop selling an array of meat floss, jerky and more. They have apparently been there 20yrs!!!
