I believe I saw the store manager training a new employee, and I was truly impressed! He was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough—it even warmed my heart a little! I've noticed him at the store for years, always working hard and generously offering samples of new drinks. If he hasn't received a raise yet, corporate should definitely consider giving him one!
