I saw the store manager training a new employee and was truly impressed! He was so kind, patient, and detailed—it really warmed my heart. I've watched him work at this location for years, always diligent and generous with offering samples of new drinks. If he hasn’t received a raise yet, corporate definitely should consider it! My drinks are always excellent. Thanks to the whole team—you’re amazing!

The service at Dunkin' was quite unprofessional. I had placed an order for a cup of coffee, but they never prepared it for me. Then they asked me to order another cup, so I ended up buying two. On top of that, the waiter had a very unpleasant attitude. I expected better, especially considering their menu options.

The service is decent, but the orders can be inconsistent. Last week, I had a caramel oat milk iced coffee that was perfect. However, when I ordered the same drink today, it was completely different from before.

Over the past year, I've visited numerous Dunkin' locations, but the one at 764 Sunrise stands out as the worst. The exterior fails to present a clean appearance, which is off-putting. The drive-thru wait times are excessively long; even when there are only a few cars ahead, it can take 10 to 15 minutes just to place an order. Prices seem to increase every month—recently, a small coffee jumped to $2.49, which is a 40-cent rise just this year. Moreover, items are often made incorrectly or lack quality. When I raised my concerns with the manager, he responded sarcastically, refusing to take responsibility or offer an apology. Filling out their surveys is pointless, as I never receive a response. I recommend avoiding this location to spare yourself the hassle.

Overall, my experience at the restaurant was positive, but there are some concerns regarding food preparation that need attention. It seemed like the staff prioritized drive-thru orders over those of customers dining in. My order got lost in the system, and while I was waiting, I noticed that the employee continued to serve external orders. Eventually, I saw her place my order in the oven. This situation indicates that the restaurant may not be focused on serving dine-in customers, and it appears that the manager isn’t fully aware of this issue. Additional training for the staff could be beneficial. On a brighter note, this restaurant is an improvement over others in the area, like Dunkin', where they often struggle with communication with customers.
