Contribute FeedbackAt this vibrant restaurant, diners enjoy a diverse menu and a lively atmosphere, but experiences can be a mixed bag. While many praise the delicious hibachi dinners and friendly service, others note fast but chaotic service and noise levels that detract from the ambiance. Reservations can pose challenges due to disorganization, leading to frustrating waits. Additionally, cleanliness issues and the restaurant’s lounge-like vibe with loud music may not suit families, especially on special occasions. Despite its drawbacks, a solid beer selection and tasty sushi keep some guests returning for more.
We absolutely adore this restaurant, it's our favorite spot to dine at!
There is no point in mentioning the special occasion as it was not acknowledged. It was a 13th birthday celebration. The food was enjoyable, but the service was fast, yet disorganized. The menu had a good variety of beers, but many of them were unavailable.
I made a reservation through Open Table and received a confirmation. I also called to confirm my table and received a text confirmation. However, when I arrived, they did not have my name or table ready, so I had to wait 30 minutes. They mentioned being short-handed with Hibachi chefs, which resulted in a longer wait for both a table and food. The food was average and the restaurant could have been cleaner. Overall, my experience was poor and not worth it. Additionally, the restaurant considers itself a Lounge, leading to an active bar scene with loud music. This may not be ideal if you are bringing children to the Hibachi grill.
Food was very tasty and service was good. However it was extremely noisy, because of the hibachi meals happening clear across the restaurant in another room. We’ve been here before but I don’t remember it being so loud. Also, if you’re allergic to anything make sure you ask what ingredients are in the dishes you order as they are not listed on the menu and we were surprised to find mango in the cold noodles. They took it back promptly and made the noodles for us without mango, so no complaints there.
Hibachi dinner was expertly prepared and was delicious! While the interior space is quite nice I was shocked at the condition of the entry area. Garbage and cigarette butts and abandoned shopping carts litter the approach to the entrance. Smudged and dirty windows were the first thing I noticed. If the outside matched the inside it would be quite magnificent.
