As always when we go, Juan attends us with the exquisite and professionalism that characterizes him. What to say that is nothing more than praise?! The food is good, very good, a mixture of local products, homemade food, and typical dishes from Baeza. Good meat and good fish. To highlight the truffled eggs, the flamenquin, baezana-style cod and the cod and orange salad. Good wines and very cold beer. Quiet environment with views of the valley, Sierra Mágina and Jaén. In summer it is very cool. An exquisite treatment. My daughter and I are celiacs and we have not had any type of problem, on the contrary, they have adapted all the dishes for us, we went with other children and she has eaten like them.
