I am totally disappointed, the service has been entertained in Italian and also very loud so that you had to speak louder, then we have ordered 3 foods with Spätzle, the portion was brought in a form for all that was very small, but not for 3 adults (we were lucky that was a food for a 10 year old child, so the two adults had a bit more) then ordered a portion again, but this was never delivered... I stayed here for two nights in September. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the whole witchy theme which is in keeping with the town. Food was decent enough in the restaurant. Think we got here at the end of the hiking season (we were biking) so it was a bit quiet. The staff were polite but as other reviews have mentioned, they did not have a friendly approach that you would expect. Not rude or unwelcoming... View all feedback.
