I also felt the compilation with Merrettich sauce, kartoffel and root vegetables not so successful, a scandal for the good bark fillet! in the fish it was similar, white wine risotto a single bree and the fennel / oranging pleasure went completely down. the dessert bratapfelstrudel was also anything but a highlight, too dry, too little vanillasauc, a sphere would have made a lot of it.
