Our group of over 40 people made a reservation in advance for dinner, with a required downpayment. Despite pre-ordering our meals and coordinating closely with the restaurant staff, when we arrived, none of our food was cooked and there were missing items from our order. Our group had to wait a long time, with our coordinator and hosts intervening to speed up the process. Despite the long wait, the food turned out to be delicious, including the oysters, inihaw squid, bagnet, beef, pinakbet, and more. However, when it came time to pay, we faced more delays due to the restaurant's inefficient system. Our group members tried to suggest a faster method, but to no avail. In the end, we were all eager to leave. The management should train their staff better and anticipate issues to improve the overall service. It was a disappointing experience for our group, despite our efforts to ensure a smooth dining experience.

We tried the Grilled Tuna Panga, Pork Barbecue, Sinigang, among other dishes, and were extremely satisfied with the flavors. Every time we drive by Cube-o Grill, we make sure to stop and get some take-out. This restaurant is a must-visit when in La Union.
