Amazing food. Good value. Love the quail. Must try.
Each dish on the tasting menu was beautifully presented and tasted spectacular! The dutch inspired cuisine was evident. Wonderful waiting staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
By focusing on the original of the raw material, it creates the soft and natural taste and flavor. The pairing with Dutch wine was a good expression of the Netherlands. It was so delicious and good experience. I'll definitely visit here next time. I think it would be better to get a better rating and grade. I think you'll be registered with the Michelin Guide soon.

One of THE best restaurants in Amsterdam right now! Located at the far west end of Albert Cuypstraat, away from the hustle and bustle of the market, this place will impress you from the moment you walk through the door. The decor is modern, yet intimate, with multiple live plants located at each table...and a sort of botanist vibe all around the bar. At the suggestion of the very friendly waiter, I tried a spectacular Dutch Riesling that was so incredibly pleasant to drink. Some star moments from the meal include pickled mackerel with horseradish ice cream, the most succulent breast of quail I have ever eaten, and divine duck liver with hints of brown sugar, coffee, and tonka bean. Highly, highly recommend!
