Champagne Brunch. All you can eat and drink is buffet style. 10-2pm. They cover all the basics. There is an Omelet station w/chorizo, cilantro, avocado and all traditional fixations. There are waffles with various fruits and syrups. Seafood salad and keviche with crunchy maize to make tostadas. A soft taco station and a constant flow of freshly made tortillas are pumped out. Menudo, chicken soup, enchiladas, fried and regular beans, rice, tamales, bacon, etc. A salad table has about 4 types of salad. Horchata and agua frescas are a beautiful note and the dessert table is extensive with mascara, pudding, churros, etc. Pretty good and only $19, and this is including taxes and tip.
