The... read more This was the worst Whataburger experience I've ever had. I went through the drive-thru at 4 a.m. when there was no one else in line and the lobby was empty. The staff messed up my order, and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for just a burger and a bacon egg biscuit. I was also told they were making fresh fries, but when I got them, they were the coldest, most unappetizing fries I've ever had. How does it take 30 minutes when I'm the only customer, yet I end up with such terrible food? From now on, I’ll definitely make a stop in Lake Worth on my way home instead of returning to the Azle location.

After waiting in the drive-thru for 33 minutes, I decided to ask for my money back and ended up going elsewhere. It's clear that something has gone wrong with the management and staff at this location; it desperately needs a complete overhaul before I would consider returning.
