My chicken sandwich barely had any let... read more We got home yesterday and discovered that our beef and cheddar sandwich was missing the cheese and Arby’s sauce entirely! My chicken sandwich barely had any lettuce or mayonnaise, and the lettuce was wilted while the tomatoes looked pretty sad. The fries were cold, and we live less than 15 minutes away! We had the meal remade, but it was still wrong and disappointing. The staff member just mentioned that the manager would call us and that the meal was prepared correctly. Ultimately, we spent $30 on a very unsatisfactory meal.

I should have asked it to be cooked longer. For $40 I could have went to chilis.

Told me that 's the way they are made. Then I asked her if she would eat it this way and she said no. Refused to refund my money but said they could remake burger. I will never go to this Arby 's again after the way she treated me. Bad service equals lost business for me.

I ended up spending $35 on two meals, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. Thankfully, the store manager was present and was able to fix it.
