My chicken sandwich barely had any let... read more We got home yesterday and discovered that our beef and cheddar sandwich was missing the cheese and Arby’s sauce entirely! My chicken sandwich barely had any lettuce or mayonnaise, and the lettuce was wilted while the tomatoes looked pretty sad. The fries were cold, and we live less than 15 minutes away! We had the meal remade, but it was still wrong and disappointing. The staff member just mentioned that the manager would call us and that the meal was prepared correctly. Ultimately, we spent $30 on a very unsatisfactory meal.

I should have asked... read more The good burger was not as good as I thought it would be, I couldn’t even finish it because I didn’t like that my burger was not well done. I should have asked it to be cooked longer. For $40 I could have went to chilis.
