Patrons appreciate the cheerful drive-thru staff, who provide quick and accommodating service. While some enjoy the popular beef-and-cheddar sandwiches, others report unappetizing sides and inconsistent preparation, particularly during busy hours. Despite some frustrations, including management's less-than-welcoming demeanor and missing orders, many still indulge in nostalgic favorites. The staff was sweet and courteous. There were no patron accessible napkins or condiments or drinks...and it's a little expensive. I enjoy my beef -n- cheddar. I like to say.... One cheddar fries/one beef and cheddar/AND one cheddar Dr Pepper! Hopeyou laughed! Thank s arbys!
I love arbys and they always have a great product. Today i went and was missing some of my food driving 20 mins back after speaking to a manager they went above to make it right for me! He was super kind , i was flustered ???? for having to take extratime to drive back but they made it worth it! Thank you again!
Food was sloppily thrown together, fries were cold, unreasonably long wait in drive thru with no one else in line. I don't know why I keep going back other than it's something different when no one wants to chose a place to eat.
The drive through staff are great, Happy Hour is super. However the Manager not so good! If you have tattoos they will be snippy. I witnessed a split personality of non inclusive. Nope! Good food never surpasses good manners!
The person at the drive-thru was very polite. The French dip sandwich was fresh and tasty, but the crinkle fries were cold and stale. The apple turnover seemed old and was flattened in the sleeve, which was quite disappointing.
