The intriguing blend of flavours delivered an amazing gastronomic experience unparalleled in my view. The recommended wines were totally on point, and the additional extra of home made earthenware plates and bowls was such a bonus. Gluten free was no issue, and the service was exceptional. To have such quality in a local restaurant in a small town more than worthy of at least a Michelin star is an absolute attraction to the local landscape. Congratulations Pinea.
