I have tried another location close to, but it is the same result. always from objects or none available in the kind I want to order.

I've come here before and the service is slow, but this one takes the cake. I was told it would be a 4 minute waiting for fries....50 minutes later and still not my food. That's ridiculous. who owns this business must seriously seek better employees and management. I never come back to this kfc.

This marks the second consecutive week that I’ve attempted to order extra crispy items from this restaurant, but they didn’t deliver. I also requested a drink that they didn’t have. I still proceeded to place my order and asked for fresh fries, to which the staff member informed me that she had just taken them out. I mentioned that it didn’t bother me, but I believe that if I request something fresh, I should be made aware of the estimated wait time for it. I’m giving it 2 stars because the employee was polite and responsive. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it would be beneficial for them to address it.

I have Jack innthe Box and Panda one direction and this KFC, Del Taco, McDonald's and Subway the other direction. I chose this KFC because of the Mac AndCheese bowl commercial. I went through the drive thru about 4:17 on one occasion to order 3 bowls. 1 spicy and 2 original. I wastold it would be 30 min for the spicy, so I said ok, just make them all original. I was then told it would be 40 minutes forthem to make the Mac and cheese. So I said cancel the order and drove through and left. Now it's been about a month, soyesterday about 3:47 I try again. I asked for 2 original Mac and cheese bowls. Nope, not available. Ok, how about 2 strip mealcombos. Nope, sorry we're out of that right now. So, once again....not getting my business anytime soon. This is absolutely theworse KFC I've visited ever.

I asked for a specific drink they didn't have it. Ok ,I accepted and still tried to order , I asked for freshfries she said I just took them out. I said never mind, I'd like to cancel. Personally when I ask for something fresh, I'd liketo be told there may be a wait and informed of the wait time. 2 stars because the worker answered the intercom and me nicely.I'm not sure what's going wrong here , but it would be good to fix it.
