Menu, food and service was as good as one can find in the Vail Valley. We will definitely be returning.

The portion sizes in relation to the prices were quite surprising. The servings were very small for the steep prices. While the flavor of the salmon was enjoyable, the portion was merely the size of two fingers at a cost of $34. The bison burger was delicious and juicy, but unfortunately, it was so small that it felt more like an appetizer. The fries were not very impressive, and the eggplant puree lacked seasoning and was unpleasant. On the positive side, the service was excellent, as were the views and the overall ambiance.

We had to wait longer than expected to be seated, despite having made reservations that the restaurant confirmed multiple times, so we anticipated our arrival. Our group of seven was squeezed around a table meant for five, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience, especially since it was a buffet and we needed to get up frequently. Additionally, the temperature in the restaurant was quite warm, adding to our discomfort. On a positive note, the quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, offering a wonderful variety. The Easter buffet was truly delightful.

Easter brunch Stations were manned with chefs . Lots of quality options from seafood bar, prime rib and omelette station. The presentation of all foods was well thought out and excellent. Very creative deserts that were almost too beautiful to eat. We were there a long time enjoying our family, atmosphere, ambience, and the Mountain View. We never felt rushed. An Easter bunny to boot

Great food, great location, both better than last years Easter brunch at Westin. loved that the same band is still there. Check delivered 2x within 30 mins of being seated, without asking definite pressure felt to turn the table. Only coffee and tea offered when seated, took a long time to get any other beverages served and had to seek out staff to order. Constant clearing of table was a bit intense, added to feeling of pressure to turn the tables, had to ask for more cutlery on a few occasions. Overall great experience, food excellent, staff friendly, fantastic location (wish the patio was in action!
