I've had better in North Olmsted store and the Independence store. As for the store, nice place loved everything about it except that the dining area needed to be a little more picked up and wiped down.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Finally, when someone asked if I was waiting for an order, I confirmed and provided my name. They quickly retrieved my order from the kitchen, but for some reason, they didn't bring it to the usual pick-up counter where I had picked up other orders before. It seems like someone just forgot to complete the last step of the process! I felt like my time, as well as the customers' time, was wasted and ended up leaving a lower tip as a result.
