The worst part was when the employee handed me the takeout bag and insisted the order was hot and freshly made, warning me that the fries were hot. In reality, the fries were ice cold and rubbery. The staff serving food that could cause food poisoning clearly need to be fired. I expected much better from Arby's menu.
