Kudos to Mickey, our server! The customer service was outstanding! I hadn’t been to O’Charley’s in a few years, and I was really pleased with both the excellent service and delicious food! View all feedback.

The food is delicious!!! But the restaurant needs something urgently needed DC. We love the Louisiana Sirloin, the best season on the planet!!! My was a little... View all feedback.
O'Charleys is a favorite of my sister-in-law, and often they have a great combination of fried and garden options with steak and seafood as well. The staff was friendly and the entire atmosphere is relaxing. I dock a star of my review because my Cajun Chicken Pasta should have red and green peppers and actually some spices or kick to it... Or so I thought, based on the description. I have grilled chicken with linguins and cheese. A lonely slice of green pepper pulled out to detail. I didn't send back because I didn't want to cause a damper and/or wanted to get excessive replating.
The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the balsamic chicken was good. It was a bit dry, but still very good. The chicken tenders were good and my wife said the spinach artichoke dip was some of the best she has had. All in all, 3 entrees, 1 appetizer, and 22oz Miller lite with a 18% tip was $70. I definitely recommend this place and can see why it got so busy during lunch, no worries though the staff is super polite and the place is ready for a crowd. Lastly, again, I was super impressed with the 6oz peach chutney sirloin steak cooked to a perfect medium rare. Thanks for a great lunch O'Charley's. Peace out y'all.
They had us wait outside for 20 to 25 minutes due to staff shortage. For some reason I missed their phone call when it was time to be seated. I went in and checked and yeah they called me and it went right to voicemail for some reason. But she sat us right away. Our waitress was Leah, and she was great. Lots of energy very personable. But did not talk too much. She was Johnny on the spot. I got a half rack of ribs that was so dry you could hear it come apart. I'm giving it to my dog. Does she looked at it and she said oh that was awful dry let me get you another one. So she hopped back there got me a whole other rack of ribs. It was much better than the first track. So she had a great big tip. She made my day I hope we made hers.
My friend I came to eat at this location before his flight took off around 2p and we had a really good time. This 5 star review is for the hard working women who although we’re extremely short staffed, we’re able to handle and manage the entire restaurant which became unusually busy around lunch time on 3/31/2022 around 12p noon! There was a young Hispanic girl folding silverware seating guests near the front entrance while another young lady and our waitress Lauren managed serving us and the rest of the guests! Kudos to the chefs in the kitchen for showing up as well! A raise in pay acknowledgement for outstanding customer service on the behalf of the O’Charley’s Staff should be done! My only areas for critique would be the following: be sure to greet every single guest who enters the store and also be sure to wipe down and clean the clear window like separators that separate every table!
Everytime I come, I get the best service. The wait can be kind of long but please have patience with them because you can tell they're doing the best with the amount of employees they have. The management always seems to be helping as well. Fresh rolls everytime and refills before our drinks are even done. Never a complaint about the food, and if I don't like it, it's not because of how it's prepared. We've had a server with rose tattoos twice and she is super nice and friendly!!!
