My green tea was made incorrectly (black tea instead of green). The employee remade it but used the same cup and ice. It even looked too dark. I tried it at the window, tasted like black tea. I asked them to please remake it and was treated to an arguement! A Second Lady came over to argue also. The customer service here is unbelievably bad! We will not be returning. Two stars for service because they gave me my back. Service: 1

Ordered an iced latte but got a hot coffee. Asked for the correct drink. They seemed annoyed by the request even though receipt stated the correct drink. Finally got the seemingly right drink but heard the worker laughing that he had given me an iced coffee instead and that I wouldn’t notice. I did, but I gave up and left.
