The cashew chicken salad was a good replacement with plenty of cashews. The chicken was moist and tender. We orderedsmall drinks but they were out of that size cup and replaced with mediums. I asked for the small size price since thereplacement was due to their lack of supply. Several other customers were asking for the same courtesy but that was not honored.Overall, the food was good and my granddaughters enjoyed their ice cream.

For... read more I was disappointed to find out that the strawberry salad is no longer on the menu, but I understand that strawberries are coming to the end of their season. Fortunately, the cashew chicken salad turned out to be an excellent alternative; it was abundant with cashews, and the chicken was moist and tender. We ordered small drinks, but they had run out of that cup size and provided us with medium drinks instead. I asked if I could be charged the small drink price since the substitution was due to their inventory issue. Several other customers made the same request, but it wasn't accommodated. Overall, the food was good, and my granddaughters really enjoyed their ice cream.

I never recei... read more I received the wrong order, and when I called to resolve the issue, Orlando, who said he was the shift leader or manager, was quite disrespectful. I never received my concrete mixer, and my sandwich was also incorrect. When I asked to speak with the general manager to sort things out, Orlando was unhelpful and rude during our conversation. He interrupted me instead of allowing me to explain the mistakes. Overall, I found the customer service to be very disappointing.
