Two employees saw me, ran to the door and locke... read more Picking up a DoorDash order from this location. The sign outside said that the dining room was open so I parked. Two employees saw me, ran to the door and locked it before I have a chance to make it there. It was 10:30 in the morning. I go through drivethru for the order and waited another 20 minutes for the order that should have been done a while ago. When I finally got thefood and drove off, I noticed several employees in the dining room eating meals. Kind of ridiculous, will be declining ordersfrom that location. It wasn?t even my food but I was also disgusted that employees were handling food without gloves. Servicewas seriously poor, super unprofessional.

This is the second time in four months that I’ve received a disappointing sandwich from this location. I love Arby's, but this particular spot definitely needs better training on how to make their sandwiches properly. If anyone reads these reviews, please consider offering some assistance. The Arby's near exit 95 at Loves is always great, but this location definitely needs improvement!

The food was good, but the manager tonight repeatedly scratched his crotch, almost like he was trying to fix a wedgie, and he did it right in front of the windo... read more The food was good, but the manager tonight repeatedly scratched his crotch, almost like he was trying to fix a wedgie, and he did it right in front of the window. Even after moving away from the window, he continued while handling the food. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back, even though I love Arby’s.
