Called and spoke to a female who proceeded to tell me she couldn?t help me out because ?it?s the dinner rush and we?re busy now.? Arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my food and inquireabout the double charge. At the time, there were no customers and the employee in front was on her phone behind a cooler. Shetold me to come back the next day to speak with a manager and didn?t know how to correct the double charge. I was just reallybaffled by the whole interaction so I took my food and left. The charge was ultimately corrected but the way it was handled wasenough for me to never go back to this establishment ever again. The food was also subpar.

Their Cajun fries always put a smile on our faces! We hope this closure is only temporary.

The selection of hot dogs was disappointing, the fries were soggy, and the onion rings were also soggy and had very little batter on them. In hindsight, the only memorable part was that we were shorted one hot dog. I hope this was just an off day for the staff, as many other reviews here are much more favorable.

My wife likes the veggie burger and fries. I tried the chicken and avocado sandwich which was very tasty. The fries are outstanding. We highly recommend dining at BurgerFi.
