1 star because I can't leave 0. Do you not expect to be served in time, because whoever does the schedule has no idea of the meaning of the word? Logistics? and even if this concept was clear, do you need a course about the importance of ?service? . To deteriorate the quality of the product, waiting is not worth it. Our fault for a chain instead of a local ice shop. Would you have picked up ice at the supermarket? better service better quality for a chain.
I?ve cream tastes great but the customer service is horrible, about 10 people working no one welcomes you, everyone have attitude and the girl who took my order made a comment about what I choose and said ?go figure? then proceed to talk about meand my friend to the cashier. If you don?t like working here find a new job ??????????? They handed my ice cream to me rudelyand almost made me drop my cup.
If i could give zero stars, I would. We went in with the family on 12/3 at 10:30pm. 5 associates. No one greeted us, one sitting on the counter with cell phone. Another went to the back without helping us. I had to speak up for one of them toacknowledge us. The one I asked for help, asked someone else to help us 4 times. One heavy set female was inappropriatelydressed. I asked all 3 if they have a particular flavor and got ignored. Never again!
I visited many Cold Stone locations. And I have never seen or experienced a bad customer service. At this point all employees are on the phone at any time. They talk in the phone while they help. Also personal conversations before the customer and not suitable topics. Need better management and training. Very poor.
My go to cause it's the closest to me but you're alwaysssss gonna wait even if you order wayyyy ahead of time. It's just the way it is. The kids that work here are cute but kids....
