We had a delightful dinner on a chilly Friday night, comfortably warm by the heating. The cocktails were fantastic, and the wine list was impressive, all set in a unique location. On a positive note, the steak was delicious—perfectly cooked with a to-die-for red wine sauce. It's clear that the chef knows how to handle meat. The drinks were also delightful and were served quickly. Overall, I enjoyed all the meals and would recommend this place to others.
Great night at Solace, enjoyed the fresh oysters, calamari, zucchini flowers, roasted cauliflower salad and snapper. All just delicious. Wine list is top noch and prices reasonable. Our new Avalon favourite. May be a little tricky in wet weather ... but this place is the best addition to Avalon in ages.
