I'm visiting Geraldton f... read more I notice the last review on this restaurant was nearly two years ago. Forget that negative review. I rang and ordered takeaway tonight. I'm visiting Geraldton for a few days from Perth so didn't have an up to date menu. The menu I looked at was one of the photos here on Zomato. I was advised that chicken tikka was no longer on the menu, but could be cooked for me anyway. Word of advice to the owner/cook, you need to put this item back on the menu. It was superb. Five large perfectly cooked pieces of chicken in a great sauce with just the right amount of raita accompanying it. Lovely bite to the marinade too. The tossed salad was fresh, tasty and generous with a great dressing that should be bottled and sold at the Farmers Market on a Sunday. Supposedly the entree but was so large, I'm keeping the beef salad I also ordered, for tomorrow's lunch. I did have a small taste to try it. Superb. I hope the Geraldton locals know about this place. No one was dining in when I picked up my food, but it was 6.30pm on a Monday evening. Having said that, a lot of restaurants don't bother opening on Monday evenings, so all kudos to them. The location was a bit tricky to find. It is in a small shopping centre next door to the post office in Durlacher Street. At least there is plenty of parking in the shopping centre car park. Overall, a great find and when I come back to Geraldton next, I will certainly be heading there for dinner one evening.
