Wendy's - Austintown

I was driving from the TA truck stop and wanted to order food at this restaurant. However, they informed me that they couldn't take my order because they didn't have any cash on hand at the front and they couldn't serve customers at the window due to safety concerns. While I understand their reasons, I was frustrated that they couldn't take my order and allow me to pay with my card at the register. It seemed like a simple solution to me, but maybe the staff member I spoke to didn't have the necessary training or experience.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited for almost 5 minutes with only one car ahead of me, and it became clear that the management at this location is terrible. If they cannot handle their workload properly, the franchise should be shut down permanently. Closing at 7 pm is completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the higher-ups. This franchisee needs to lose their privileges and face consequences for damaging the brand.

The food at this restaurant is always delicious and surprisingly affordable. However, I was disappointed to discover that they close at 6 o'clock on Saturdays. It's frustrating when a restaurant can't even stay open for dinner service.

Zero star, if possible. the journey was slower than mcdonalds. withworkers only hand u bags never say a word.

Rude workers. It says they close at 7 but they promptly stop taking orders at 5:45. They'll just turn lights off and ignore you till you leave. Not even the common courtesy of letting you know they're closed.
