KFC tastes pretty much the same no matter where you go. I've had several orders that were incorrect, but I'm fortunate to live close enough that I can easily drive back. Make sure to check your order before leaving to ensure a better quality of service. Everyone there is friendly!

She was simply trying to order a bucket that is listed on the drive-thru menu. This seems unreasonable, and I’d like to understand why this policy exists. I would appreciate a response from KFC, specifically from the General Manager regarding this matter. It is currently 5 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024.
