She was simply trying to order a bucket that is listed on the drive-thru menu. This seems unreasonable, and I’d like to understand why this policy exists. I would appreciate a response from KFC, specifically from the General Manager regarding this matter. It is currently 5 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024.

Chicken was old, it was too greasy like I can wring it out and the cole slaw was warm like it sat in the sun and it was slimy. It was disgusting. I was missing items and I paid extra sauces and did not receive them
