Was Tiona Hendrieth at KFC a mag?
Typical KFC. Although they didn't have biscuits and didn't tell me this until after I already ordered . I was kinda in a hurry so had I of known I wouldnt of ordered the biscuits to avoid being late to View all feedback.

My wife was informed that she needs to "call in" to order a bucket of chicken while she’s in the drive-thru. She was simply trying to order a bucket that is listed on the drive-thru menu. This seems unreasonable, and I’d like to understand why this policy exists. I would appreciate a response from KFC, specifically from the General Manager regarding this matter. It is currently 5 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024. View all feedback.
What can I say? KFC tastes pretty much the same no matter where you go. I've had several orders that were incorrect, but I'm fortunate to live close enough that I can easily drive back. Make sure to check your order before leaving to ensure a better quality of service. Everyone there is friendly!
I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich box lunch; it was delicious and offered at a great price. The staff members were also very friendly.
I had a terrible experience at this KFC, and I'd much rather drive all the way to Boardman. I ordered a mashed potato bowl, but it was filled with hard, overcooked popcorn chicken that tasted old, barely any mashed potatoes, and it was drenched in gravy. I was so disappointed. On a positive note, the staff was friendly. Signed, a hungry and emotional pregnant woman. Thanks a lot!
