I mistakenly left an order at the restaurant for over an hour, and I was really disappointed because queensadillas aren't available in Austintown right now (the... read more I mistakenly left an order at the restaurant for over an hour, and I was really disappointed because queensadillas aren't available in Austintown right now (the machine for making them is down). Despite that, I still placed my order. When I went to pay, the staff informed me that my bill had already been taken care of. I was completely caught off guard by this kind gesture. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff and manager who were working that night. I truly appreciated your generosity, and I promise to pay it forward.

We stopped here on a 10 h... read more In terms of the food, it was delicious just like every Chipotle I've ever been to. The customer service was lacking for the most part. We stopped here on a 10 hour drive from Michigan to Maryland as a group of 8 with 3 small children. It was our first chance to get our littles out of the car and enjoy a meal at a restaurant we all enjoy. While our kids were antsy, they were reasonable in volume and activity, especially for their ages. They were respectful of the space. The server who took our order at the beginning (Courtney) was especially friendly, but otherwise the staff we interacted with were rude and unwelcoming. As soon as we were done eating, the staff came and took the highchair and chair we were using to contain the kids and stop them from moving around the entire restaurant. I hope their intentions were to be helpful putting these items away, but it came off as though we were unwelcome (even though the restaurant was empty and we were not disturbing anyone) and needed to leave ASAP. Lastly, there was no changing table in the bathrooms so this location is not family-friendly.
