Great food and excellent service…as always! Our favorite restaurant in Austin.
Still my favorite restaurant in Austin for food and feel good!
Fantastic. Let your server guide you through the process. Great combinations of flavor. Highly recommend
As an Austin resident, I've always regarded Uchiko as one of the top two sushi restaurants in the city. The food, service, and presentation are consistently outstanding. After a recent visit to San Diego, where I dined at two famous sushi spots—one of which recently earned a Michelin star—I realized that Uchiko truly deserves more national acclaim. The quality of the ingredients, the balance of flavors, textures, and temperatures, along with the exceptional service, are unparalleled. I'd choose Uchiko over those celebrated San Diego restaurants any day. It's unfortunate that Austin's Japanese dining scene doesn't receive the recognition it merits, but Uchiko is well-positioned to lead the charge in changing that. Keep up the amazing work!
Without a doubt, Uchiko is the best restaurant experience my wife and I have ever had. We are quite particular when it comes to Asian and Japanese cuisine, but we decided to give Uchiko a shot, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed, and the experience only continued to improve. The complimentary valet service was top-notch; they even asked if we had a reservation before we got out of the car, which was a nice touch. The hosts were very attentive, offering us drinks while we waited for our table (we arrived early and were seated ahead of our reservation time). However, the standout of the night was Jeremy, who provided us with exceptional service. He guided us in selecting dishes that perfectly matched our tastes, and each choice was fantastic. This place truly deserves a perfect rating!
