My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at Tsuke Edomae and indulging in their exceptional omakase. The chef at Tsuke Edomae truly opened our eyes to the art of sushi-making, guiding us through the process from choosing the rice and vinegar to slicing the fish and beautifully plating the dishes. Reservations are quite difficult to secure and can only be made through Tock. It was a magical experience.

Overall, the sushi was fantastic and the experience was delightful. It's important to note that this is edomae-style sushi, meaning the chef employs a more traditional technique rooted in Tokyo for both the fish and the rice.

Some of the best sushi I've had anywhere in the world (including Japan). Thank you chef Mike and Nhi for your passion and dedication to your craft.
