**Tipping T: A Hidden Gem in the Texas Hill Country** Nestled in picturesque surroundings, Tipping T combines a relaxed atmosphere with delicious cuisine and ample outdoor space for families. Diners rave about standout dishes like shrimp and grits and smoked trout, while the BYOB policy adds to the charming experience. Rustic cabins provide cozy accommodations for larger groups, with well-maintained amenities enhancing comfort. Accessible play areas for children and proximity to local breweries and pizza spots make it a versatile destination. Whether for a birthday celebration or a casual brunch, Tipping T excels at creating memorable experiences in the heart of the hill country.
This place is amazing. Planning a party of 30+ was a breeze, the scenery is beautiful, the playground is awesome for kids, but the food was the best part. We'll be back soon!
The food is great, the places is cute. Lots of fun and room to run around for kids and dogs. Easy access to jester king brewery and stanley’s Pizza through the fence. Love that it’s BYOB! The cabins look great, just wish they had a pool since it’s so hot.
Love Tipping T! Perfect for a romantic weekend get away or a weekend meet up wth your friends for some glamping. Each house has its own unique style and there is a pavilion in the middle which makes this place perfect for weddings, retreats or family reunions. I've had a friend get married there and they had the best time and walked away with some gorgeous pictures! We also had a family night out there and roasted marshmallows by the fire. It's close to town but far enough away to make you feel like your in the middle of nowhere. There is also Gester King Brewery next door if you want some beer and pizza. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend away.
The food was unimpressive. I ordered a basic biscuits and gravy, and while the BLT was acceptable, it was the last dish to arrive and was ultimately just an average BLT. I genuinely wish I could give this place zero stars because it truly deserves it. The only people I would recommend this restaurant to are those I don't like, as my experience was absolutely terrible.
The charming cabins located in the heart of the Texas hill country make for a perfect family getaway. **Pros:** There are play areas for children, and the beds are comfy enough to easily fit a big group. **Cons:** The living space could benefit from additional seating, and it appears that cleaning has been somewhat neglected. **Overall:** I would recommend it to a friend as my second choice.
