I did not enjoy my experience at this restaurant. The food options were limited and my meal was overcooked and lacking flavor.
The restaurant seemed to be having a slow night when I visited, as it was quite empty. However, the staff was excellent and the food was delicious. The menu offerings were somewhat limited.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. Our server seemed completely baffled the whole time. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, our appetizers arrived after our entrees, our sides came out before our entrees, and our checks were incorrect. The management did not provide much assistance.
I went here to celebrate Mother 's Day and the overall experience was good but it was a pretty average buffet. A buffet that was way over priced. On top of that there was a hefty service charge with an added line asking for additional tip. Given that this restaurant is attached to a hotel is maybe why there was an additional service chg but I was a bit shocked when I received the bill. The bill was $300.10 for just 3 of us. (3 buffets 2 mimosas). Service was fair, meaning that the wait staff refilled my coffee and water. It 's my fault for not being prepared with knowing what this was going to cost me in the end.
I made the reservation through open table for Mother's Day. I looked at the menu for brunch and checked the website to ensure there wasn't a special buffet brunch. Then I called the restaurant and left a message wanting to confirm there was no buffet for Mother's Day. What did they do, they created a buffet for Mother's Day and charged about $100 a person with tax and gratuity included. I talked to the management and they just said sorry, but they aren't responsible for any of their marketing.
