I must say, this is one of the best Subway stores I have visited in a long time. The store was clean, smelled wonderful, and the staff was friendly. I ordered 2 double protein footlong subs, and for once, they did not skimp on the meat, cheese, or veggies. The staff loaded them up perfectly! I was thrilled to watch my subs being made. I wish I knew the girl's name so I could give her a shout out for being awesome. Thank you for making a substantial sub! I savored every bite. I wish all Subway stores were as great as this one.

I had a problem with my order and the way it was handled by the staff at this restaurant. The first time I called, I was rudely hung up on. The second time, a man named John answered and tried to argue that I had ordered my wraps with only salad, wobble, and cheese (as per a screenshot he referenced), and refused to correct the mistake. I was once again hung up on. Please reach out to me regarding this issue. Thank you.

Staff was just a couple of kids and no proper management. My online order wasn’t even made when I showed up. Staff was eating and drinking in plain sight. Never washed their hands coming back to work. Ignoring customers and not wanting to work.

I ate at this Subway location on October 10th of 2021. When I got my sandwich, I noticed it tasting unlike it regularly does, however finished almost half of the footlong. Immediately after eating it, I got a sharp stomach pain, leading me to throw up sandwich and water for about 7 hours straight, with about 5 more being on and off vomiting. I’ve never gotten this sick from food, and would advise anyone to stay away from this location.

I appreciate that I can't get a cold cut combo made the Subway way at this restaurant. The owner doesn't follow the franchise protocol of weighing and measuring the cold cuts on white paper correctly. Instead, they prepare it in their own way, which I respect. However, it still feels like a Subway even if they deviate from the established procedures.
