Starbucks - Austin

I ordered a venti Java Chip Frappuccino yesterday, and there were small pieces of plastic throughout the entire drink. Normally, I love Starbucks, but this was very disappointing. Could you please inspect the chocolate chips? It seems like little bits of plastic may have been blended into the drink.

I found the service at this Starbucks to be quite disappointing. There was a backlog in their orders, and I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my three drinks. In the end, I had to leave without one of them. When I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me and one behind me, yet they received their drinks before I did. As time went on, more customers arrived and were promptly served while I continued to wait. When I asked one of the staff about my drink, all she could tell me was that they were backed up. I will not be returning to this Starbucks or any other location without a drive-thru.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, it's always mobile order only, and there’s no drive-thru. The service is incredibly slow, and often they run out of ingredients. Yet, they still charge you full price for a drink you didn’t want. It seems like they don't have a clear system in place. I recommend saving your money and time by choosing a different location.

It's usually faster to go into the lobby because the drive thru is usually full. This isn't unusual for this location at any point in the morning/afternoon.

Best Starbucks around. Love getting my psl without harassing and taking pictures of baristas for no reason. ????
