This wasn't just an inconvenience for me; it also meant that the driver lost money. This is unacceptable. Please get your act together!

I ordered the two pork chops along with two sides: candied yams and mac and cheese, plus some cornbread. Everything is homemade, so there is a bit of a wait, but it's absolutely worth it. The pork chops were enormous—almost equivalent to four standard chops! The yams were perfectly sweet, and the mac and cheese was wonderfully creamy. The lady running the food truck is incredibly nice and genuinely cares about serving fresh food. The prices are very reasonable given the portion sizes and quality of the meal. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was fantastic, and we will definitely be ordering from Sim and Ruby's again!
