Was Anonym at Pitchfork Pretty a mag?
Overall, my experience was excellent. The service was outstanding—thank you, Dylan! I ordered two servings of the crudités because the sunflower pesto paired with the fresh vegetables was exceptional, so I just had to get another one. The fried chicken was, without a doubt, some of the best I've ever had. It had a light batter, a sumptuous flavor, and the chicken was incredibly moist. I also loved the sauces that cam... What Anonym dislikes about Pitchfork Pretty:
Everything was incredible! We entrusted the server, manager, and chef to select our course meal and wine pairings. The flavors and harmony of the dishes were outstanding! A solid five-star experience! View all feedback.
Highly recommend getting the fried chicken. It might be the best in the city. Loved the minimalist and airy space. My cocktail was weaker than I expected but the wine list was eclectic. If you like things with a kick then definitely don?t miss the pimento cheese.
We had a fantastic dining experience. The food was outstanding. We tried dishes that we wouldn't typically order, but once we tasted them, we were delighted. You won't regret any choice from the menu. The staff was exceptional, offering great recommendations and consistently cleaning our table and refilling our drinks. The service was impeccable. Once again, you won't regret dining here!
This restaurant truly deserves a five-star rating for every aspect. To begin with, the ambiance is breathtaking. Given the pleasant weather, we chose to dine on the patio, which offered a wonderfully soothing atmosphere—possibly some feng shui at work! Our group of four indulged in some unique and delicious cocktails, with the bourbon-based craft cocktails standing out as exceptional. The pimiento cheese appetizer was fantastic, alongside the flavorful beef carpaccio, and the buckwheat cornbread was simply incredible—plus, it's gluten-free for anyone concerned about that. We ordered a range of dishes to share family-style. The gluten-free fried chicken was amazing, packed with flavor, and the garbanzo bean coating gave it a wonderfully crispy texture reminiscent of tempura. The pork entrée was equally impressive, served in slices for easy sharing, and the spaetzle was a hit among everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed this unique dining experience. While the restaurant promotes itself as serving Hill Country cuisine, the menu is far more exciting than that! Overall, Pitchfork Pretty greatly exceeded our expectations!
The restaurant has a distinctly upscale atmosphere—if I could afford it, I would definitely make it my go-to place. Since that's not the case, I’ll definitely come back for special occasions and enjoyable nights out. I highly recommend it for both the delicious food and the overall experience.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! There was nothing I didn't enjoy. The decor beautifully blended modern and cozy elements. The food was packed with flavor and expertly seasoned, with each dish surpassing the one before it. The cocktails were perfectly balanced, and I highly recommend trying the beet juice mezcal drink. Additionally, the service was outstanding, with our meals coming out at a very comfortable pace. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
