**Exploring the Local Gem: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Nestled in the heart of Austin, this neighborhood bar has garnered a range of opinions from its visitors. While some patrons appreciate its relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and diverse crowd, others recount unwelcome encounters with rude bartenders and uncomfortable situations. The venue offers a cozy outdoor patio, a game room, and a lively jukebox, making it a suitable hangout for casual drinks. However, reports of altercations and a lack of inclusivity raise concerns. Overall, this establishment embodies the charm of a classic dive bar, but experiences can vary widely depending on your visit.

I had a great experience at this bar. It's simple and unpretentious, just a cozy little spot you can relax in. They have a lovely covered patio and a sizable smoking area. With plenty of tables and a welcoming bartender, it's a comfortable place to hang out. As of today, they even have Pappy's whiskey, and the prices are very reasonable! It's a fantastic place to grab a drink. I'll definitely be returning. There's also a small game room with darts and pinball, plus a TouchTunes jukebox for those who want to play DJ.
I absolutely love the drink called 'The Curtis.' I've visited this place several times, and I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the diverse clientele. It's definitely a great neighborhood bar!
This bar has a laid-back, neighborhood vibe that makes it inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the people around seemed friendly. The patio is enjoyable, although there were quite a few smokers, which could be a downside. It would be great if there were a non-smoking section on the patio. On a positive note, the Wi-Fi is excellent.
