Would certainly recommend for anyone looking for homestyle food.

Not a lot of places can get a rare... read more Don't come here very often but when I do it's always great. Came today for steak and egg and some grits. Absolutely amazing. Not a lot of places can get a rare steak correct, but forget about it, it was cooked to perfection. Our server Cherie was amazing she was very attentive and made our morning amazing. Thanks to all that work there. We will be back.

I rate the food as high quality, but I can’t say the same for all the cooks, except for Benito—he truly knows his craft in the kitchen. The others could definitely use more training in culinary skills. On the bright side, nearly all of the waitstaff are exceptional. Keith, one of the daytime managers, is a real gem.

It?s 97 degrees outside today and when we left the restaurant walking out to the car felt cooler and like a relief. I still insisted on havingmy coffee with my food though because I love the coffee they always have at Jim?s. Hopefully it?s DeCoty coffee at all locationsfrom San Angelo. Anyway my kid loved it. So 4 stars. Minus one for the a/c situation.
