Executive chef Mark McCain offers a menu featuring dry-aged prime steaks, classic fine dining dishes with a modern twist, and locally sourced produce. The extensive wine list includes highly sought-after vintages from both Old and New World producers, making it one of the largest and most diverse in Texas. For special events, private dining options are available in the Napoleon Room and The Apartment, and valet service is provided. With its charming neighborhood setting, impeccable service, and multiple private dining options, Jeffrey's is a true gem of Austin. Honored as one of the "Top 10 Best New Restaurants" in the country by Bon Appetit magazine in 2013.

Feedback
Jeffrey's offers a mixed experience, with some diners enjoying the exquisite beef tartare and outstanding ribeye, while others found disappointment in the fatty ribeye and mediocre sides. Despite some inconsistencies, the service is top-notch with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The ambiance is praised for its intimate and quiet setting. Popovers with ricotta and crunchy toppings are a hit, but the lobster bisque may not be worth the price. Overall, Jeffrey's offers a fine dining experience with varied opinions on food quality but consistent 5-star service.
Harold was incredible and made my husband's birthday very special from beginning to end!
We had an incredible dining experience with exceptional service. We took our waiter’s recommendations and were not disappointed. The Wagyu tenderloin was superb- without a doubt the best steak I’ve ever tasted. We finished with the chocolate soufflé which was delightfully rich yet light. Every aspect of the experience was phenomenal!
Cocktails and wine were excellent. We had truffled deviled eggs, croquettes, creamed spinach gratin, all were excellent. The dover sole Veronique had a funny taste, didn’t like it. For dessert we had a floating island: very interesting mix of flavors!
What a wonderful place for a long, relax dinner where conversation flows freely. I thought Jeffrey’s was going to be overly pretentious, old school, or classic American. I was wrong. Impeccable attentive service and ambiance, menu is a good mix ofinventive plates and more classic steak house options. It’s not cheap, but 100% it’s a great place for an intimatecelebration.
