Waited 10 minutes while the hostess was cleaning tables and looking back at us a couple times, then finally sat us. Didn't ask us what we would like to drink, only a smirk on her face and sat us down. Waited 5 more minutes before the hostess told us the waitress will come soon. Finally ordered. Food came ok, but Ihop is known for it's pancakes, right? Well they were flat, not fluffy, dryish and they served on a plate I could not cut on, no space to eat. So had to wait to get waitress to bring a larger plate to eat on. By this time pancakes were cold. Well, my omelette was really good considering. The sausage was super skinning, but eggs were fine. Won't be coming here for pancakes again soon. The atmosphere was not happy. The workers seemed unorganized.

Initially this location had a lot of issues with their management and employees. We had decided to not go for a while to let them work on the issues. Went back... read more Initially this location had a lot of issues with their management and employees. We had decided to not go for a while to let them work on the issues. Went back and the same issues but worse. Stayed away for some time and decided to give it a try one more time. Wow the owner got it all straightened out as they said they would. It was a wonderful experience and a very pleasant experience. Thank you. We now visit once a week

I was literally the only one in the restaurant the entire time I was there, which made my social anxiety skyrocket lol. Staff was friendly and attentive. Place... read more I was literally the only one in the restaurant the entire time I was there, which made my social anxiety skyrocket lol. Staff was friendly and attentive. Place was clean and the staff members were keeping themselves busy folding napkins. Had a lovelychat with one of the staff members, unfortunately I didn't catch their name. Food was good, and the music was nice. There leftdoor was broken in the storm but don't let that fool you! They are open : hopefully they'll get it fixed soon!

The food was well d... read more We were very wary to go to this restaurant due to the bad reviews which turned out unwarranted. We were warmly welcomed and promptly seated. The food was well done. The restaurant was clean. Thanks to our server, Josue, for starting our day with apleasant breakfast.
