We ordered the New Year's Five Course Dinner menu, and the food was fantastic. Each course was unique and delicious, and everything was cooked to perfection. My only complaint was the service, as it can get quite busy on New Year's Eve. We occasionally had to wait 30-45 minutes between courses, but the restaurant acknowledged the issue and kindly offered my wife an extra glass of wine, which we appreciated. Overall, I would definitely try dining there again.
We brought friends soon after our first time. not all dishes were available and the desert was not so amazing, but still one of our favorite restaurants in austin.
This was an exceptional experience. Our waiter was amazing as was our meal and drinks. He surprised us with the cardamom pavlova desert which blew us away too. We loved this location and hope in downtown it’s doesn’t get crammed or too loud.
The restaurant offers a cozy ambiance, attentive staff, and mouthwatering food. The burgers are enormous and incredibly flavorful. The salmon is cooked to perfection. The desserts not only look stunning but are also delicious, with high praises for the Black Forest Cake and Lemon Tart. A coffee expert even described the coffee as 'wonderful!' Whether you're heading in for lunch, dinner, or a weekend brunch, you can’t go wrong. Just be sure to check their hours of operation!
We arrived around 5:15, just as Happy Hour was winding down. The Happy Hour menu featured a selection of about four or five cocktails and a similar number of snack options, which was quite good. We tried the tater tots and the ceviche tostada; the tots were crispy and pretty standard, while the ceviche tostada was quite tasty. For our main course, we had the RKB burger and fries, both of which were packed with flavor. For dessert, we opted for the black forest chocolate cake and the lemon tart, and both were delicious as well. The service was excellent, and the ambiance felt cozy and relaxed. I definitely plan to return and would recommend it to others.
